Features: TimeLive Web timesheet suite is an integrated suite for time record, time tracking and time billing software. The TimeLive suite of products delivers a time tracking solution for professional service providers. Each of tools available meets time tracking needs of specific segments of the service provider market, including both time tracking and time and billing applications. It has a free version that has been reviewed separately. We shall discuss the additional features that come with the enterprise version, the downloadable version and the version that comes with source code. The free version in either ASP or the downloadable mode supports only 5 users. That can only give you flavor of how it works but does not fit the bill in any realistic project management scenario which will typically have more than 5 persons working. Besides the features of the free version the additional ones offered in these other versions will be discussed here.

Active Directory integration is only available with the versions that work on local servers including the source code package. ASP.NET/AJAX/VB.NET based source code comes with the source code version only. Open SQL database to create custom reports is available with downloadable server based version only. All the other features such as automated web timesheet, project expense management, customizable approval path (workflow), project billing, integrated project management and collaboration, personalized overall summary view of projects for project manager and team lead, configurable timesheet and expense management, task management, email notification of different timesheet and project activities, Employee attendance, fully customizable time, expense, attendance and billing reports are of course available.

Overall: These versions are for enterprise use and also for setting up locally. If you need to create your own product or extend the existing one that`s possible too.
